When you place an order at Arsenal Prime, you automatically accept our terms, conditions, and policies without exceptions, so it is imperative to understand them and confirm where and when your requirements would apply and, most importantly, be accepted or rejected by our team.
Also, we must clarify that our products are made with the strongest materials in the industry to provide a different experience than other brands. However, it doesn't mean they are indestructible. Please don't submit them to any "strength tests" like the ones you see in our advertisements just for fun; you WILL NOT be entitled to any kind of refund or replacement.
Every Arsenal Prime product comes with a 45-DAY RISK-FREE GUARANTEE, meaning that you're eligible for a full refund within this time frame from the date your package is delivered if the product didn’t meet your expectations.
FOR RETURNS & REFUNDS:
To be eligible for a return + refund, you MUST meet the following conditions:
- We only accept returns within the first 45 calendar days from the date of delivery, according to USPS tracking information.
- The product must be in PERFECT or UNUSED conditions. You will be asked for a picture or video before starting the return and refund process.
- We do not accept physically broken, scratched, or damaged products. Our team meticulously checks all products we receive. If you ship the product under the conditions explained above, you are not entitled to a refund.
- All products and accessories included on your order MUST BE RETURNED. If something is missing, we’ll charge you $10 from the refunded amount.
If you meet the above mentioned conditions, please get in touch with our support team at info@arsenalprime.com with the subject: RETURN + ORDER NUMBER. Also, please attach any media (video or image) to confirm if the product is in perfect condition or showing the problem you're facing, depending on your requirements. If you are eligible for a return, we will send you our warehouse address so you can ship the product back to our headquarters via UPS, USPS, or any other company of your preference.
NOTE: PLEASE ATTACH YOUR ORDER NUMBER OR ANY OTHER INFORMATION THAT HELPS US LOCATE YOUR INFORMATION INSIDE THE PACKAGE. If you do not do this, the refund process may take longer than expected.
Customers are responsible for covering the return label costs. No exceptions are allowed. We suggest you send the product back in a small box or envelope to save when you are shipping the package back.
Please note:
- When we receive the product, we will provide you with a refund within 5-7 business days if it's successfully approved.
- Arsenal Prime Premium Care and Order Processing Priority ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
- Express Shipping IS NOT REFUNDABLE.
AFTER YOUR RETURN IS CONFIRMED, YOU'LL ONLY HAVE 7 CALENDAR DAYS TO SHIP THE PRODUCT(S) BACK. If 7 calendar days have passed, we will not process your return and refund.
*If you are requesting a return and refund after the stipulated days from the delivery date, or you do not meet and accept ALL the conditions explained above, you will NOT BE ELIGIBLE, and your support ticket will be automatically closed. No exceptions are allowed.

Warranty Period:
The Lifetime Warranty is valid for a period of two years from the date of delivery. This timeframe aligns with the estimated life cycle of our products, ensuring you receive our full support when it matters most.

Coverage:
Our Lifetime Warranty covers any software malfunctions or factory defects that you might encounter. We take pride in our craftsmanship, and if your product doesn't perform as expected due to manufacturing issues, we're here to help.
Exclusions:
Please note, our warranty does not cover physical abuse or damages caused to the product by accident such as scratches, drops, shocks or breakages. Lost, stolen or disposed units do not apply either. We encourage you to handle your arsenal Prime products with care, as these kinds of damages fall outside the scope of our warranty.
Claim Process:
To initiate a warranty claim, simply send an email to info@arsenalprime.com. In your email, include a description of the issue, along with proof of purchase and any relevant details.
Remember, our Lifetime Warranty allows for one replacement per product, ensuring fairness and quality service for all our customers.
If your inquiry is successfully approved, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label so you can send the product back to our offices. Please try to send it within the first 72 hours to ensure a faster support.
After we receive and check the defective device, we will create a new shipment, and you will receive your new product within 3 to 5 business days.
*KEEP IN MIND: IF YOU DECIDE TO SHIP THE PRODUCT BY YOURSELF WITHOUT LETTING US KNOW BEFORE, YOUR PACKAGE WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY DISPOSED. NO EXCEPTIONS ARE ALLOWED.
FOR ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
If you placed an order through our website, you can cancel it within only 60 MINUTES; just send us an e-mail to info@arsenalprime.com with the subject "CANCEL + ORDER NUMBER," and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
NOTE: If more than 60 minutes have passed between the time you made the purchase and sent the e-mail, due to our demand, we will not be able to cancel your order, and it will be automatically shipped.

IF YOU SUBMITTED THE RIGHT INFORMATION AND THE PACKAGE GETS STOLEN OR LOST IN TRANSIT, YOU ARE ONLY ENTITLED TO A 50% PARTIAL REFUND SINCE IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF SHIPPING CARRIERS.
FOR RETURNED TO SENDER AND REFUSED PACKAGES:
As soon as we receive the package back to our offices, you are eligible for a RESHIPMENT AT NO COST or a FULL REFUND.
